Mold remediation in New Oxford
New Oxford sits east of Gettysburg on Route 30, in the same county climate and on the same kind of ground. Older colonials and borough houses have basements that take on water from grading, and newer homes on the edges have the finished-basement problems we see in Hanover. We treat it as a home market, not a detour.

Additions and the original cellar
A common New Oxford layout is an older stone or block cellar and a later addition on a crawl. The smell is in the addition. The moisture is sometimes the original wall, sometimes the addition's unsealed soil. We look at both before we recommend demolition.
If only the addition joists are colonized, that is the scope. You should not pay to 'treat the whole house' because a sales script says spores travel.
Straight scheduling
Same hours, same phone, same written quote. If we can fold you into an east-county day with Hanover or Bonneauville, we will.
Local notes
- Gutter and grading problems show up after Route 30 corridor storms the same week they show up in Gettysburg.
- Outbuildings and garages with drywall are in scope if they are attached or affecting the house air.
- Tell us if the house has a dirt crawl under an addition. Those additions are frequent.
