Mold remediation in Hanover
Hanover is part of our regular route. The borough has older housing with stone and block foundations, and the surrounding neighborhoods have finished basements that were dry when they were built and damp after a decade of humid Augusts. The climate is the same humid continental pattern as Gettysburg: wet summers, cold winters, and a spring thaw that finds every crack.
Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 9am–2pm. Call 877-552-8556.
Borough houses and newer basements
Older Hanover houses behave like Gettysburg houses: condensation, mortar, and attics with bath fans. Newer houses fail differently — a finished basement, a condensate line, a carpeted playroom — and the mold is in the pad and the bottom of the drywall.
Both are treatable. They are not the same scope, and the quote should not pretend they are.
Timing
Call during Monday–Friday 8am–6pm or Saturday 9am–2pm. If you had a leak, do not wait on a convenient week if the pad is still wet. Two days matters.
Local notes
- Finished basements with carpet on slab are the usual Hanover water-loss problem after a sump or hose failure.
- HVAC in the basement is common. If the basement is damp, check whether the smell tracks the fan.
- We schedule Hanover with Gettysburg routes so you are not waiting on a crew from across the state.
