Mold remediation in Lake Heritage
Lake Heritage is a residential lake community south of Gettysburg. Being near water does not mean a house is doomed, but it does mean outdoor humidity is not your friend in July, and a finished lower level needs an actual plan: drainage, a dehumidifier that drains itself, and no carpet on a slab that has already been wet once.

Lower levels
Finished lower levels here get asked to be guest rooms, playrooms, and offices. If the slab or the downhill wall is damp, those uses fight the building. We will tell you if the space should be dried and kept simpler rather than rebuilt with the same pad and the same sofa against the wall.
We do not blame the lake for a disconnected condensate line. Both can be true in one summer; only one of them is usually the cause of the patch you can see.
Working inside a managed community
We keep the site contained and the truck staged considerately. If a work order or neighbor notice is required, the homeowner is the one who knows the rule — ask us what we need access-wise and we will keep the footprint small.

- Community rules may affect where equipment and dumpsters sit. Mention that when you call.
- Lower-level bedrooms are the rooms we get asked about most.
- A musty smell at the lake is not 'just the lake' if it is stronger in a closet than on the dock.
