No, not as a first move, and usually not at all. Ozone can damage lungs, rubber, and wiring, and it does not dry a wall. Foggers do not extract water from carpet pad. The effective sequence is extract, remove what will not dry, and dehumidify with meters.

If someone sold you an ozone blast for a musty stone cellar, air the house out before anyone sleeps there and then deal with the actual moisture. Smell gone for a day is not a repair.
