What kills mold permanently?
Nothing kills it permanently if the material stays wet. Dryness is the permanent part. Removing the food — wet drywall, wet insulation, colonized liner — and fixing the leak, the downspout, or the humidity is what keeps it from returning.
Coatings and foggers are not a substitute. A stone wall that is sealed while damp often fails behind the coating. We would rather leave you a humidity number than a jug of chemical.
